"I am disabled and cannot walk very far, in which case I sometimes require short taxi journeys. After booking my trip on this app, my booking is constantly confirmed and cancelled by the driver, assuming my booking is not 'long enough'. Not a reliable taxi service for disabled people. Also dragon just cancel your journey with no reason or explanation. I'd avoid them and use premier instead."
