Okay still hav to wait too long lately it's rediculios
"Fixed cost" of £42 actually cost me £52.50, no additional stops, journey wasn't late due to traffic etc. Bit misleading
It always says error when looking for a car on this app, on the one on Apple they get accepted :( this has been making me late to meetings and train journeys :(
Tried on two occasions to book but the app wouldn't accept the destination. I tried a street name, a postcode and a designated building. No joy!
I am disabled and cannot walk very far, in which case I sometimes require short taxi journeys. After booking my trip on this app, my booking is constantly confirmed and cancelled by the driver, assuming my booking is not 'long enough'. Not a reliable taxi service for disabled people. Also dragon just cancel your journey with no reason or explanation. I'd avoid them and use premier instead.
Until recently the app has been fine but I have contacted Dragon Taxis twice as it appears there is a glitch. It will not accept a destination and keeps coming up with an error message. Pity because before this problem it was good.

DO NOT USE THIS APP THEY CON YOU I OARDER A TAXI USING CREDIT CARD AND DRIVE SAID I HAD NOT PAID AND I HAT TO GIVE HIM CASH. DRAGON TAXIS STILL TOOK MY MONEY MAKING ME PAY TWICE FOR MY SINGLE JOURNEY. DON'T LET THEM DO IT TO YOU.
Very Disappointed
Terrible. Just terrible. It doesn't send drivers to where you actually put the pick up. Like that the pick up, how hard is it to go there. Also not able to allow you to delete expired card. Can't add a new one due to the limit. I swear its made by idiots. Absolutely useless. Such a piss take
